Paymentus is recognized as the best-in-class electronic billing and payment vendor. In this project, my role has focused on developing strategic design solutions and optimizing user experience flows. Through this experience, I have honed my skills in crafting strategic designs specifically tailored to complex payment systems.
The platform has portals for different users, such as the customer portal, agent dashboard, and ROTP. The interface shown below is for the customer portal, displaying its features.
Paymentus offers additional platforms for various industries. One of these is the "Cashiering Portal," which essentially functions as a cash register for cash payments. As the cashiering feature is still in its early stages, here is a flow demonstrating one of its cash transaction checkout processes.

The platform has introduced a new feature called “Split Pay”. Split Pay allows user to split a single or multiple bill(s) into multiple payment methods. Below covers both the cases, paying multiple bills by single payment method as well as multiple bills with multiple methods.

Split pay ON- when toggled, user is shown with a payment overview that automatically calculates the remaining amount across different payment methods.
